(1) What is the Digicel’s ‘Cricket Trivia’ Text to Win Promotion?

  • The Digicel’s ‘Cricket Trivia’ is a text to win Promotion gives all Digicel customers a chance to win great prizes by answering trivia questions relating to the Digicel Series and West Indies Cricket. During each day of play a cricket related trivia question will be asked during our radio broadcast. To participate, the commentators will be announcing the daily questions throughout each broadcast and listeners will be asked to text in their answers for a chance to win. The winners will be selected randomly from the list of correct answers that have texted in. Participants will have to text in to the assigned regional short code; 444-CRIC (Jamaica), 600-CRIC (Guyana), and CRIC (All other markets). Once the winner has been selected the commentator will place a call to the winner advising them live on air that they have won and how to redeem their prize

(14) If I was contacted and won how do I collect the prize?

  • For prepaid customers, credit will be applied within 24hours, while for postpaid customers, credit will go against your next bill
  • Winners of BlackBerries will be advised to collect their prizes at the Digicel Head Office in your country
